Age Verification Policy
To comply with regulations and our responsible gambling policy we are required to confirm that all our customers are 18 and over. To do this we will use an age verification process. Although your account is opended immediately, if we are unable to verify your age, your account may be blocked until verification has been completed. We will of course endeavour, with your help, to fully open your account as quickly as we can.
You can confirm your age with us using one of the methods listed below:
Credit cards are only issued to over 18s only. Therefore, by making a deposit on your card - even a small one initially of £5 - will prove that you are 18 or over and your account will opened and unrestricted immediately.
Photo identity document by email or post
By sending us a copy of a photo identity document we will be able to open your account. The document must contain a photograph of you, your name and your date of birth and must be one of the following:
A Driving Licence, Passport, National ID Card or another Government issued identity document.
Please remember to always provide in any communications your spinAcoin username, your name and your address details. Failure to provide this information may result in your request taking longer.
By email: Email a scan of a high quality-digital photograph of your photo identity document to email@example.com.
Please ensure that you provide one of the documents listed above and ensure that you include your contact details and provide your spinAcoin username.
By post: Mail a clear copy of your photo identity document (one of those listed above) to the address below, remembering to include your contact details and your spinAcoin username:
